why do Christians make it hard to follow God's lead?

We trust God when things are great but why do we not trust him when he tells us to do something like when it is out of comfort zone or when things are not going great? He says He leads. Ps 23

He says he has good for us and not evil? Jeri. 29:11

Any thoughts?

A good question , really the first thing that came to my mind though was; ( They don't ) the devil does . But we OVER COME in JESUS NAME.!
