URGENT PRAYER REQUEST!!

I have a friend at work that I've been witnessing to. His name is Mathew Avila. Yesterday, on the home with his ten-year-old little brother, he was in a very bad car accident. He seems to be fine (I haven't seen him since, just gotten updates) but his little brother is very badly hurt. He is in Cook's Children's Hospital and has a broken clavicle, a concussion, and a punctured lung. This little boy needs ALOT of prayer not only to recover soundly, but that through this tragedy, his family would come to God and be saved. They have distant relatives in UPC and I just befriended him at work, so they know OF truth, but I know God works in mysterious ways and could use what could be horrible as a turning point for them. Their name is Avila, and I will keep everyone posted on the status of the little boy. Thanks for your prayers and God bless!

Well, friends, God is good! :) The boy (whose name is Mason, I discovered) is doing just fine. After extensive testing, they determined his lung was bruised (not torn as was originally expected) which in and of itself is a miracle. Also, the break to his collar bone was not off set so did not require surgery. He will have to wear his arm in a sling for a while, but it won't take any major adjustments for it to heal correctly. Also, he has completely recovered from his concussion and was sent home from the hospital on Friday. Praise be to God and I just hope you will all continue to pray for his family that this blessing and miracle that this little boy is ok will bring them to God.
